EVENT: Canada Day 2024

Join us in Fort Saskatchewan on July 1, for an awesome, family friendly Canada Day event.

Events include:

• If it's Canada Day there's a pancake breakfast somewhere!

• Parade starting 11am, bring your comfy lawn chairs, and bags for the kids to collect CANDY. May or may not have a splash zone on the route.

• Car Show & Shine

• Music all day and evening on the bandshell stage

• Food, food, food. And Canada Day cake!

• Farmer's Market

• Activities in the park --> that's where the Aquatic Biosphere will be with our mobile conservation station, The Minnow

• Local Indigenous groups set up displays and information

• Tour through the historic NWMP Fort, early settlement village and the historic Warden's House (rumoured to be haunted!)

• Visit the local lawnmowers, our park sheep who keep the park grounds neat and tidy since 1992!

• Spectacular fireworks close the day over the river valley with plenty of space for great views.
