ABOUT ANNA

Anna has joined the Aquarium Society of Alberta as part of the NPBI program offered at the University of Alberta. Anna has immersed herself in helping on the Water We Doing Podcast. This is a new project launched by David Evans that explores any issues related to water and the aquatic environment. Her tasks included: finding contacts of possible interviewees; setting up some of the questions for specific episodes; and writing descriptions for the episodes.

This experience has helped Anna to learn more about other ways to share knowledge about science and the environment. She has enjoyed learning more about non-profit organizations’ structure, board governance, and exploring a world she hadn’t much knowledge about before.
